Where is my package?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt, once the order is ready to be dispatched we will email you a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number and its link where you can trace the movement of the shipment. You can also plug in the tracking number manually trace it at http://fedex.com/Tracking.

How do I return/exchange a product?
Before returning an item, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by sending us an email at (service@shearling.com). If you are exchanging an item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply click the below link and fill out the required information in order to start your return or exchange process
Please include the RA# and the original packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the full name of the person to whom we billed the purchase.
How much time do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request an RA# number. Items purchased during holiday season from December 7 through December 22, can be returned or exchanged until January 20, The product must be in original condition.
Do I have to pay for shipping back a returned/exchanged item?
In the unlikely event that you decide to return a product, we will not cover the cost of shipping unless the reason for return was an error by us. There will be a $14.95 deduction for return item(s) for the credit card transaction fees. If you are exchanging an item there will be no additional expenses. We will be pleased to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your retun and ship the exchanged item free of charge.
I have returned an item, when will I be credited?
All return items for credit will be processed within 5 to 7 days upon receiving your return at our warehouse and will be credited to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
Please note that we are an encrypted secure web site and do not receive your store any credit card information. Your refund will be initiated by us and processed directly from the Merchant Processing Center, the company handling the credit card transactions.
How do I obtain a pre-paid shipping label?
Only customers returning an item because of an error caused by Shearling.com or those who are making an exchange are entitled to a pre-paid shipping label. Please email us at info@shearling.com or call us at or 866-444-2099 to receive an RA# and shipping label.

We provide lifetime warranty on any products purchased directly from shearling.com site.
We will repair free of charge any labor related issues such as broken zipper, stitching or any hardware related issues. Please note that all repair related return requires an Repair Authorization number by calling 1-888-444-2099. All incoming and outgoing shipping charges are paid by the client requesting the repair job.
