Before returning an item, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by sending us an email at (email@example.com). If you are exchanging an item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply click the below link and fill out the required information in order to start your return or exchange process
Please include the RA# and the original packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the full name of the person to whom we billed the purchase.
You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request an RA# number. Items purchased during holiday season from December 7 through December 22, can be returned or exchanged until January 20, The product must be in original condition.
In the unlikely event that you decide to return a product, we will not cover the cost of shipping unless the reason for return was an error by us. There will be a $14.95 deduction for return item(s) for the credit card transaction fees. If you are exchanging an item there will be no additional expenses. We will be pleased to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your retun and ship the exchanged item free of charge.
All return items for credit will be processed within 5 to 7 days upon receiving your return at our warehouse and will be credited to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
Please note that we are an encrypted secure web site and do not receive your store any credit card information. Your refund will be initiated by us and processed directly from the Merchant Processing Center, the company handling the credit card transactions.
